Refund Policy

Miles for Millions — International Children's Palliative Care Network (ICPCN)

All donations made to ICPCN through the Miles for Millions campaign are voluntary charitable contributions. No goods or services are provided in exchange for any donation.

Because donations are voluntary, they are generally non-refundable once processed. However, we recognise that mistakes can happen — for example, an incorrect amount, a duplicate payment, or an unauthorised transaction.

When we will issue a refund

  • The donation was made in error (e.g. wrong amount or duplicate payment).
  • The donation was unauthorised by the cardholder.
  • A refund is required under applicable consumer law.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact us at admin@icpcn.org within 30 days of your donation. Please include the donor name, the donation date, the amount, and the receipt reference from your confirmation email.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

If you do not recognise a donation, we would appreciate the chance to investigate before a chargeback is raised with your bank. Please contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly.
