• Challenge Data: Information you enter when creating or managing a fundraising challenge — name, story, photos, and target distance.
• Location Data: If you enable location tracking, GPS data measures progress towards your goal. This is only shared when you choose to share a public challenge link.
• Donation Data: Name, contact details, and payment information collected securely via our third-party payment processor. Card details are never stored by us.
• Technical Data: Device model, app version, IP address, and crash or analytics data to help us improve the Service.

• Authenticate your login and provide secure access.
• Manage your challenges, progress tracking, and donations.
• Improve the performance, usability, and security of the Service.
• Send important updates or support information related to your use of the Service.

We do not sell your data and will only use it for the purposes described above or any compatible purpose.

We may share your data with trusted service providers, including:

• Cloud hosting and IT infrastructure providers.
• Payment and donation processing partners.

All partners are required to protect your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Some service providers are based outside the UK or EEA. We ensure that data transferred internationally is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

You may request that your account and associated data be deleted at any time by contacting info@icpcn.org. Upon request, your account, challenge data, and personal information will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except for donation transaction records retained for tax and audit compliance.

The Service may include links to third-party websites or payment services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties and encourage you to review their privacy notices.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available within the App and on this page.
