About Miles for Millions
Miles for Millions is a simple idea: you walk a mile. Your friends sponsor it. Every penny funds ICPCN's work to bring palliative care to children and families in 80+ countries.
Why palliative care?
Around the world, over 21 million children need palliative care each year. Only a small fraction receive it. Palliative care isn't just end-of-life — it's the comfort, dignity, pain relief, and support that lets a child and their family live well, even when life is hard.

ICPCN — the International Children's Palliative Care Network
ICPCN advocates for, educates on, and expands access to children's palliative care worldwide. Miles for Millions is their flagship fundraising movement. 100% of pledges made through this platform go to ICPCN.

- 1Set a distance. One mile is enough. More is welcome.
- 2Walk, run, roll, or ride. Log your activity in the app, or manually — we don't mind how.
- 3Share with sponsors. Friends, family, colleagues — every pledge multiplies your impact.
- 4100% goes to ICPCN. Funding the people doing the work.

Built with purpose, given with heart
We've had the privilege of meeting some of the nurses and carers who live this work every day — people who sit with children through their hardest moments and bring comfort when it matters most. Their dedication is extraordinary, and it changed how we think about what software can do.
Miles for Millions is built and maintained by ExPD, a UK software company. Together with ICPCN, we shaped the idea of turning everyday walks into real funding for children's palliative care — then built the platform to make it happen, across web, mobile, and infrastructure.
