Account Deletion Instructions

You can delete your Miles for Millions account at any time directly from within the app. Deleting your account will permanently remove your personal information and anonymize your profile.

Step 1: Open the Home Screen

Launch the Miles for Millions app and navigate to the Home screen.

Step 2: Access Your Profile & Settings

Scroll down until you see the Profile & Settings button. Tap this button to open your profile page.

Step 3: Delete Your Account

Scroll to the bottom of the Account Settings section. Tap the Delete Account button.

You will see a confirmation message: "This action cannot be undone. Your account will be anonymized and all personal data will be permanently removed."

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you confirm account deletion, our system will permanently anonymize your data. The anonymisation process automatically:

• Removes your name and email address from our records
• Replaces your email with an anonymous placeholder (e.g. [userID]@anonymous)
• Marks your profile as anonymized and disables login
• Deletes all personal preferences and setup data

After deletion, you will no longer be able to sign in with your previous email address. To use the app again, you would need to register as a new user.

Data Retention and Legal Compliance

Certain non-identifiable data (such as anonymized challenge or donation records) may be retained for reporting, analytics, or legal compliance. No personally identifiable information remains after anonymization.
